We verify research — and verification includes verifying ourselves. If we got it wrong, we want to know.
Every rebuttal is read. Every valid correction becomes a published erratum with your name on it. We do not bury our mistakes — we add them to the errata wall, because a verification service that hides its errors has no right to find yours.
You file a rebuttal identifying the specific claims in your report you believe are incorrect, with your evidence.
We re-examine the flagged claims within 5 business days. For Jürge (citation) reports, we re-run the contested citations. For Caliber reports, we re-run the contested claims through fresh model families.
Three outcomes:
• Correction — we were wrong. Your report is updated, the error becomes a published erratum crediting you, and you receive a full refund for the affected tier.
• Partial revision — some claims upheld, some corrected. Report updated, partial errata published.
• Verdict stands — re-examination confirms the original finding. We explain why in writing. Your rebuttal is still attached to the report as a matter of record.
Your rebuttal is permanent. Whether we change the verdict or not, your objection is attached to the report and visible to anyone who reads it. Rebuttals are part of the evidence record.
Rebuttals are reviewed within 5 business days. You'll receive a written response regardless of outcome. For urgent matters: [email protected]
